摘要
为了满足液晶模组的质量监控,在量产阶段及时检测出不良品,本文提出了一种由基于PC机的图形用户界面和测试信号发生器组成的液晶模组测试图案发生系统。PC机主要用于提供图形用户界面,实现了用户在便捷的人机界面下自由编辑测试所需的时序和图案。编辑后的时序和图案以测试文件的形式下载到测试信号发生器。下载完成后测试信号发生器能够脱离PC机独立完成测试信号的生成,与生产线上的液晶模组连接后即可进行测试。
To ensure the quality of a liquid crystal display module(LCM),extensive quality check in terms of different display patterns is performed after LCM production.This paper presents a LCM test pattern generation system composed of a PC-based graphic user interface(GUI) and a test signal generator.PC provides a GUI-based tool to facilitate editing of timing and test patterns for the users.After completion of the editing,a test file is downloaded to the test signal generator which can operate independently without any requirement for the long time connection to PC.The test signals are then fed through LVDS to a LCM for the pattern testing.
