从本科教育发展看研究型大学教师的角色定位 被引量:1

On Teacher's Role in the Research Universities from the Perspective of the Development of Undergraduate Education

摘要 本文依据研究型大学本科教育的新发展,从崇尚学术、鼓励创新、教学相长等优秀大学文化的塑造,教师知识、能力结构的优化与全面素质教育的推进,基于研究的教学新方法的探索,国际化教学能力的增强与本科生国际视野的拓展,教学与科研的渗透与互动等角度,分析了新时期对教师的角色要求,并尝试结合研究型大学的办学特点探讨教师在拔尖创新人才培养中可采取的若干措施。 Based on the new development of undergraduate education in research universities,this paper analyzes the role requirements of teachers in new period from following perspectives such as the creation of excellent university culture from advocating academy,encouraging innovation,teaching and learning benefits each other,etc;optimizing teachers' structure of knowledge and skill,promoting overall quality education;exploring new teaching methods based on researches;strengthening international teaching ability and expanding undergraduates' international vision;penetration and interaction of teaching and researching,etc.Also,linked with the characteristics of running research universities,the paper tries to explore the measures taken by teachers to train the top-notch innovative talents.
