摘要
加强研究生国际合作培养是提升我国研究生教育质量的重要途径。当前,我国采用了多样化的研究生国际合作培养模式,其深度与广度不断加强,但合作培养过程中仍存在许多问题,其主要症结在于对人才规格的认识不清和培养过程中与目标脱节。为此,需从制度建设、导师队伍、科研合作项目、课程建设和合作培养途径等方面着手建立研究生国际合作培养的质量保障机制。
It＇s an important measure to strengthen international cooperation for promoting the quality of China＇s postgraduate education.Currently,we utilize various modes of international cooperation to foster postgraduates,which are stepping broader and deeper.However,during co-training process,there are many problems which attribute to vague recognition on talent standard and disjunction of target in the training process.Therefore,the quality assurance mechanism should be established from system construction,tutor team,scientific cooperation projects,curriculum construction,joint training way,etc.
