摘要
分析了Ca处理对连铸钢浇注性能的影响。通过向钢水中加入适量的Ca,能形成液态的铝酸钙,可以改善其浇注性能,Ca处理不仅影响钢水的浇注性能,而且还会影响钢水在结晶器内的凝固行为。
It is analyzed the influence of Ca treatment on casting performance of molten steel. With an appropriate amount of Ca added into molten steel, liquid calcium aluminate can be formed and improves the casting performance as well as solidification in mold of molten steel.
