轧制温度和冷却速率对微合金钢组织和性能的影响 被引量:6

INFLUENCE OF ROLLING TEMPERATURE AND COOLING SPEED ON STRUCTURE AND PERFORMANCE OF MICRO-ALLOYED STEEL

摘要 研究了轧制温度和冷却速率对含Nb、Ti微合金钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,第Ⅱ阶段的开轧温度对轧后钢板的晶粒和强度、塑性影响不大;随着终轧温度的降低,轧后平均晶粒尺寸减小、屈服强度和抗拉强度增加,但钢板的延伸率下降;提高冷却速率,钢板的屈服强度和抗拉强度提高,延伸率呈下降趋势。 It is researched the influence of rolling temperature and cooling speed on structure and performance of Nb, Ti micro - alloyed steel. It is showed from the result that the starting rolling temperature of second stage has a little influence on grain size, strength and plasticity of after - rolling steel plate ; along with reduce of end rolling temperature the after - rolling average grain size smaller, yield strength and tensile strength in- crease but elongation lower; with higher cooling speed yield strength and tensile strength increase and elongation appears a trend to get smaller.
