摘要
针对含铝钢初炼钢水[C]低、[O]高的特点,提出采用CaO-Al2O3-CaF2系精炼渣,组分中CaO/Al2O3=1.7~1.9;出钢过程采用渣洗工艺向钢包加入大部分精炼渣,将连铸返回的热态精炼渣倒入精炼钢包中,缩短精炼成渣时间,保证足够的白渣和软吹时间。冶炼20Mn2A时,脱S率达到77.13%,铸坯T[O]为21×10-6,铸坯中[Als]为0.026%,达到了良好的冶金效果。
Against to the feature of preliminary-smelted aluminium-bearing steel: low content of carbon and high oxygen,it is proposed to adopt slag system of CaO-Al2O3-CaF2 including CaO/Al2O3 as 1.7~1.9,adopt slag-washing process in tapping to add most part of refining slag into ladle,pour hot refining slag returning from continuous casting into refining ladle to reduce refining slag-forming time and guarantee enough white slag and soft-blowing time.The good metallurgical result gets: when smelting 20Mn2A desulfurization ratio reaches to 77.13%,oxygen content in casting billet 21×10^-6,aluminum 0.026%.
