摘要
对唐钢1580线SPHC冷轧板带出现边裂的钢卷进行了分析,认为板带边部晶粒较粗大,且存在三次渗碳体是造成边裂的主要原因。终轧温度由850℃提高到890℃、卷取温度由660℃降至610℃,并通过调整轧辊的冷却水量降低板宽方向的温度差,大大减少了板带的边裂缺陷。
Based on the analysis of SPHC cold-rolled sheet strip in 1580 production line of Tang Steel,it is considered the main reason for edge cracks on the strip is that the grain size in edge part of strip is comparative large and there is third cementite.The cracks can be reduced to a large extent with end-rolling temperature increased from 850 to 890,coiling temperature reduced from 660 to 610,lowering temperature difference along strip width by adjusting cooling water quantity for rolls.
