摘要
对设备零故障管理概念进行了剖析,根据高炉电气设备故障原因分析,考虑到点检定修制的具体情况,提出建立高水平点检员队伍和切实可行的应急预案、完善设备管理制度、杜绝设备的过维修与欠维修进行零故障管理,实现高炉电气设备长周期稳定运行。
The idea of zero-breakdown management of equipments is analyzed.Based on breakdown reason analysis of electric equipments of blast furnace and considered the actual situation of point-checking regular-maintenance system,it is proposed a series of measures to guarantee a long-period steadily operation of electric equipments： constructing a high-level checking and maintaining team,making a feasible emergence plan,perfecting management system.
