两种印模材料制取固定义齿印模的效果比较

Comparison of the effect of two impression materials for making the impression of fixed denture

目的比较藻酸盐印模材和硅橡胶印模材制取印模的效果。方法对100例患者的100颗牙齿进行烤瓷冠修复,分别采用硅橡胶印模材和藻酸盐印模材制取印模各50例,取模后观察印模的精确性并检查烤瓷冠的边缘适合性。结果硅橡胶印模材制取的印模优秀率为80%,藻酸盐印模材制取的印模优秀率为62%,两材料制取印模优秀率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.934,P<0.05),同时硅橡胶印模的烤瓷冠边缘适合性较藻酸盐好(χ2=7.162,P<0.05)。结论与藻酸盐印模材相比,硅橡胶印模材是一种较理想的印模材料。

Objective To compare the effect of algal and silicone rubber for making the impression of fixed denture. Methods One hundred patients with restoration of single tooth were divided into two groups：silicone rubber impression material group（group A,n=50） and algal impression material group（group B,n=50）.The precision of impressions and the marginal fitness of porcelain-fused-to-metal were evaluated. Results The excellent rate was 80% for silicone rubber impression material and 62% for algal impression material（χ2=3.934,P0.05）.The marginal fitness of porcelain-fused-to-metal of silicone rubber impression material was better than that of algal impression material（χ2=7.162,P0.05）. Conclusion The silicone rubber impression material is a better impression material.
