运用系统工程进行湖北省林地保护利用的战略区划与对策研究

Strategic Division and Countermeasures of Forest Protection and Utilization Based on system Engineering Method in Hubei Provence

从湖北省林业发展战略的高度,依据林地的自然、经济和社会属性,运用系统工程的方法对湖北省林地进行高级区划.运用了多层次多因子结构模型和双特征区划命名法将林地区划为六大区.为了发挥系统的整体最大功能,根据各区域之间功能与结构的关系及各区域特点,提出林地保护利用对策.

From the height of Hubei forestry development strategy, based on the natural forest, economic and social attributes, the use of system engineering methods for high-level divisions of Hubei woodland. Forest land of Hubei Province is zoned into six forest divisions by taking multi-level multi-factor structure model and the dual characteristics of the forest. In order to development the function of the system as a whole, i according to the relationship between the function and structure and regional characteristics, pro- tection and utilization measures have been proposed.
