国家公园生态旅游野生动植物资源评价指标体系初步研究

Wildlife Resources Evaluation System for National Park Ecological Tourism

基于野生动植物资源生态旅游价值、科学研究、保护意义等方面综合考虑,尝试建立适用于国家公园生态旅游野生动植物资源评价的指标体系.选择香格里拉普达措国家公园等为研究对象,遵循科学性、客观性、综合性、普适性、可操作性和稳定性、定量与定性相结合的原则,采用逻辑框架法和层次分析法相结合的方法,初步构建了国家公园生态旅游野生动植物资源评价指标体系.体系共分3级指标,其中1级指标4个,2级指标10个,3级指标40个.通过文献资料收集、整理与分析,结合香格里拉普达措国家公园等的实地调查、验证及专家咨询,将初步拟定的评价指标体系在普达措国家公园进行尝试性应用,整理筛选出最终评价指标体系,形成1级指标4个,2级指标6个,3级指标18个.

Based on the conprehensive consideration of wildlife resources eco-tourism value, scientific re- search, conservation significance and other aspects, it is attempted to establish coo-tourism wildlife resource evaluation index system for national parks. Choosing the Pudacuo national park in Shangri-La as study objective, following the principles of scientific, objectivity, comprehensiveness, universality, ma- neuverability and stability, combination of quantitative and qualitative, using combination of logical framework approach and AHP method, the initial structure of wildlife resources evaluation index system for national parks eco-tourism was established. This system consists of three indicators, including 4 level 1 index, 10 level 2 index and 3 level 3 index. Through literature collection, collation and analysis, combined with field survey , verification and expert advice for the Pudacuo national park in Shangri-La, the initial development of the evaluation index system for national parks was trial applied in Pudacuo. A final evaluation index system was sorted out and formed 4 level 1 index, 6 level 2 index and 18 level 3 index.
