高职院校社会职业培训工作探析

Analysis on Social Professional Training in Vocational Training

随着高职教育从外延扩张到内涵建设的发展,以就业为导向、以服务为宗旨、以技能为核心、以使受教育者获取职业岗位技能为目标的社会职业培训工作越来越受到高职院校的重视。文中主要分析了高职院校开展社会培训的意义、对象、原则及工作思路。

With the vocational education＇ s development from extensive expansion to connotation construction, the social vocational training based on the learners＇ obtaining of professional tech- nique based on careeroriented , service -directed technique -cored were given more and more priorities from the vocational colleges . The essay mainly analyzed the implication, target, principles and ponders of working developed in vocational colleges.
