非农就业对天津市农民收入影响的实证分析

Analysis of Off-farm Employment on the Contribution of Farmers Income in Tianjin

分析了天津市农民收入变化规律,并探讨了农村非农就业规模对农民增收的影响程度。结果表明,农民收入对非农就业规模变动高度敏感。增加农村非农就业机会,加快农村劳动力向非农产业转移,是天津市现阶段农民收入增长的重要途径。

This text detailed analyzed the changes of farmers income in Tianjin, and the influence of off-farm employment on the farmers income. The results showed that farmers income was highly sensitive to the scale changes of off-farm employment. At this stage, increasing off-farm employment opportunities for farmers and accelerating the transfer of rural labor to non-agricultural industries, was an important way of income growth for farmers in Tianjin.
