摘要
职教专业结构与区域产业结构的适应性主要体现在人才需求和科技服务上,二者之间的适应是一个双向进程,是一定时空范围内动态的、一般均衡性适应。实践中科学分析二者适应性时,应从专业的数量、层次、规模、质量、空间布局和科技服务等方面进行。深入改革职业教育体制,优化人才培养模式,提升职业教育质量,促进职教专业结构与产业结构适应由单向进程逐步向良性互动、双向适应转变。
The structural adaptability of vocational education specialty and regional industry mainly reflects in talent demand and technology service.Both adaptabilities are two-way processes,dynamic and general balanced adaptabilities within the scope of certain space-time.We analyze scientifically their adaptabilities in practice,which includes professional number,level,scale,quality,spatial distribution and technology service,and so on.We should reform deeply vocational education system,optimize the talent training mode and promote vocational education quality in order to promote the structural adaptability of vocational education specialty and regional industry from one-way process to the mutual interaction and two-way process gradually.
