高职教师教学效能感及相关因素的研究

Research on Higher Vocational Teachers' Teaching Efficiency and Its Related Factors

通过问卷调查法对高等职业院校教师教学效能感及相关因素进行研究。根据调查分析得出,不同教龄高职教师的教学效能感存在显著差异,教学效能感受到教龄的影响,且学校环境因素也影响着高职教师教学效能感。

Through the questionnaire-based survey and literatures,the text researches teachers＇teaching efficiency and its relative factors.Based on the research results,different higher vocational teachers in terms of age have different teaching efficiency.General teaching efficiency declines with the increase of teaching years,and school environment influences the higher vocational teachers＇teaching efficiency.
