随着经济社会的不断发展,高职院校培养高素质技能型专门合格人才来适应社会的需求显得尤为重要。高职学生有其群体的特殊性,高职教育模式和学生管理模式由此也具有了区别于普通高校的特殊性,高职院校应建立符合高职特色的班级文化平台,培养高职学生的整体素质,提高学生的良好的职业道德,培养高职学生的职业情感和良好的团队意识,这样才能为地方输送符合需求的应用型人才。

With the progress of society and the rapid economic development,it is very important for higher vocational colleges to train qualified personnel with high quality and high skills to meet the needs of the community.Group of higher vocational students has its particularity,vocational education and student management model also have a special distinction from common colleges and universities.Class culture should be established to meet the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.Students overall quality should be trained,their professional ethics should be enhanced,professional feelings and excellent teamwork awareness should be trained as well.Thus talents who meet the local needs can be delivered to local places.
