摘要
以马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯为偶联剂,利用双螺杆挤出机一次反应制备了纸粉—聚乙烯复合材料,并用偏光显微镜、毛细管流变仪和其它手段研究了HDPE基-纸粉复合材料的表面形貌、流变性能及其尺寸稳定性和防潮能力。结果表明,添加20%的纸粉,并用相对于纸粉含量30%的偶联剂处理填料,可制得加工性能较好的复合材料,复合材料较原木具有较好的防胀效率和抗吸水效率。
A composite of waste paper powder and polyethylene was prepared by twin-screw extruder at the presence of the coupling agent of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene.The surface morphology,rheological behaviour,dimensional stability and damp-proof capacity were studied by polarization microscope,capillary rheometer and other devices.When the paper powder content was less than 20% and the coupling agent dosage was 30% of the waste paper powder,composites possessing better processing performance were obtained.The results show that the composite possesses better dimensional stability and anti-absorption capability.
