摘要
某公司新开发车型试生产过程中,在整车高速下换空挡造成发动机熄火这一故障现象,经理论研究并辅之以实践检测发现;该工况下由于发动机的摩擦力矩偏大,造成整车合力矩偏大,超出电喷系统匹配设定的理想范围,从而造成发动机熄火这一故障。最后找到了解决问题的窍门;只要通过整车厂正常的短里程磨合后即可消除,不会将问题带入市场。
The engine of a newly developed vehicle died out at neutral gear/shift in high speed during the trial production.It was found that the high engine friction torque caused over high vehicle resultant moment.As the resultant moment exceeded the best calibrate,the engine died out.With normal short distance running-in,the problem was resolved.
