早期肠内营养对全胃切除胃癌根治术后肠功能的影响评价

Evaluation of early enteral nurtrtion on intestinal function after radical total gastrectomy for gastric cancer

目的探讨早期肠内营养对全胃切除胃癌根治后肠功能的影响。方法选择40例全胃切除胃癌根治术后患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各20例,实验组采用术后早期肠内营养支持,对照组给予常规营养方式,比较两组患者术后肠功能恢复情况。结果实验组术后肠功能恢复情况要优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论全胃切除胃癌根治术后早期肠内营养支持可有效促进术后肠功能的恢复,有利于病人全面恢复。

Objective To investigate the early enteral nutrition on intestinal function after total gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods 40 cases with advanced gastric cancer after radical total gastrectomy were randomly divided into experimental and control group, each group was in 20 cases. The experimental group were treated with early postoperative enteral nutrition and the control group were received conventional nutritional treament.The patients were compared recovery of intestinal function. Results The postoperative recovery of intestinal function of experimental group was better than that of control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Early postoperative enteral nutrition after total gastrectomy for gastric cancer could effectively promote the recovery of postoperative bowel function and help patients fully recover.
