摘要
通过对轻轨车辆车钩缓冲装置性能参数的分析和优化,可减小车钩缓冲装置零件的磨损,并减弱车辆相互冲击。对车钩缓冲装置工作原理和性能参数分析说明,通过公式推导得出容量与车体重量、冲击速度的关系,及能量吸收率与恢复系数之间的关系。结果表明,车重越大,容量就越大,则缓冲能力就越强;恢复系数越小,吸收率越高。
Through the analysis and optimization on performance parameters of light rail vehicles′ coupler and draft,the result is that it can reduce the buffering devices′ wear parts and impact.In this paper,the performance parameter and working principle are introduced,and by formula calculation,the relationship between volume and curb weight,impact speed is formulated,and also the relationship between energy absorptivity and restitution coefficient.The result shows that the heavier the curb weight,the bigger the capacity,and so the buffer capacity is greater,the restitution coefficient is smaller,the absorption is higher.
