摘要
为了探讨不同品种的缓凝剂与萘系减水剂的相容性,本文研究了三聚磷酸钠,葡萄糖酸钠,六偏磷酸钠,酒石酸钾钠,柠檬酸5种常用的缓凝剂与萘系减水剂复配后对水泥净浆流动度、流动度经时损失、凝结时间和抗压强度的影响,初步分析了各种缓凝剂与萘系减水剂的相容性影响机理。结果表明,三聚磷酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠和六偏磷酸钠与萘系减水剂复合有利于提高混凝土的工作性能。从提高浆体的工作性能、延缓凝结时间、提高力学性能等3个方面考虑,三聚磷酸钠与萘系减水剂的相容性较为理想。
In order to probe into the compatibility of various retarders and naphthalene series water-reducers,this essay discusses the influence of five commonly-used retarders,including sodium tripolyphosphate,sodium gluconate,sodium hexametaphosphate,potassium sodium tartrate and citric acid on the fluidity,lose of fluidity in some time,setting time and compressive strength of cement paste after being mixed with naphthalene series water-reducers.The reason of effect of the compatibility of different retarders and naphthalene series water-reducers is preliminarily analyzed.
