摘要
针对传统方法设计弹簧,时间长,工作量大,而且设计结果不一定是最优的的情况。建立圆柱螺旋弹簧优化设计的数学模型,将弹簧的基本结构参数作为设计变量,轻量化作为目标函数,强度、刚度、空间尺寸等要求作为设计约束条件,运用MATLAB编制弹簧优化设计程序,方便快速计算出了符合设计要求且重量最轻的弹簧。
It has long time to design springs by traditional methods and the workload is big and perhaps the result design is not the optimum design.The mathematics model of optimum design is established for the cylindrical coil spring,using spring′s basic structure parameter as design variables,lightening design as the objective function,using the demands of intensity,rigidity and space size as constraint condition,and at the same time programme spring′s optimization design program by adopting MATLAB,then the most lightness spring can be calculated which meets the design requirement easily and rapidly.
