摘要
为提高粉磨效率,最大幅度达到低能耗运转,设计主传动部分齿轮时,在保证齿轮强度的前提下,采用大齿数和小模数,延长大齿轮的寿命,降低成本,达到最佳经济效益。应用最优化方法布置齿轮,通过对传动部分的设计,使其达到节能、高效、低噪音、安全可靠的要求,具有一定的推广应用价值。
In order to improve grinding efficiency and achieve operating from low power consumption to a great degree,when the gear of main drive was designed.and under ensuring the gear strength,large teeth and small module was adopted to extend the life of large gear and such design can reduce costs resulting in the best economic benefit.Optimization method was applied to arrange gears.The design of drive part can meet requirements of energy saving,high efficiency,low noise and safety reliability.It had some application value.
