摘要
为获得具有良好低温超弹性能的镍钛形状记忆合金丝材,对NiTiCr低温超弹性合金丝材的加工工艺进行分析,通过在镍钛合金中加入微量铬元素并采用高真空熔炼和气氛保护热拉丝方法,得到了性能优异的NiTiCr低温超弹性合金丝材。详细介绍了新型NiTiCr镍钛低温超弹性合金丝材的制备工艺。
In order to obtain the NiTiCr shape memory alloy wire with good low temperature superelasticity,the trace elements zine is added to NiTi alloy,and using high vacuum smelting and heat drawing atmosphere protection,the NiTiCr low temperature superelasticity alloy wire with good performance is got.Then the processing technology is also introduced.
