ZA27合金的性能研究与应用分析

摘要 重点介绍了ZA27合金的滑动摩擦性能和耐磨性能,并与锡青铜和"巴氏"合金的性能做了对比分析。对比结果可得,ZA27合金机械性能比锡青铜和"巴氏"合金优异、且生产成本低廉,可作为耐磨铜合金和巴氏合金的理想替代材料。 In this paper,the properties of ZA27 alloy on sliding friction and wear resistance are introduced,and are also compared with the properties of bronze and Babbitt alloys.The contrast results show that the mechanical performance of ZA27 alloy is better than bronze and Babbitt alloy,and the production cost is low,which can also be used as wear-resisting copper alloy and is an ideal replacement material of Babbitt alloy.
