摘要
目的:改善磁源性影像的三维可视化效果。方法:设计实现了一种磁源性影像三维可视化软件,主要包括数据输入模块、图像分割模块、三维可视化模块、三维测量模块和数据输出模块。结果:在三维图像上可直观显示异常放电源、重要功能区及其与周围组织的空间关系,并可对感兴趣区间的距离进行三维测量。结论:测量精度和运行时间可满足一般情况下的临床诊断需要,改善了磁源性影像的三维可视化效果,为医生提供了更加直观和完善的信息。
Objective: To improve the 3D visualization effect of magnetic source images (MSI). Methods: A 3D visualization software for MSI was designed, which consisted of data input module, image segmentation module, 3D visualization module, 3D measurement module and data output module. Results: The abnormal discharge sources, important functional brain areas as well as their spatial relationship with neighbor tissues were rendered on the 3D image. The distance between regions of interests could be measured directly. Conclusion: The measuring accuracy and software running time meet the general clinical demand. The 3D rendering effect of MSI is improved to provide more intuitive and better information for doctors.
