摘要 目的:重点介绍我国近8年来非电离辐射研究的概况。方法:收集并归纳了自2003年以来在中华放射医学与防护杂志刊登的40篇有关非电离辐射研究的文章。结果:从刊登的40篇文章中,可以看出非电离辐射对神经系统、对细胞凋亡及DNA损伤有不同程度的影响;发现电磁辐射后6h和7d大鼠海马coxⅠ、Ⅱ和ⅣmRNA表达均较假辐射组降低、高功率微波辐射可诱导大鼠生精细胞凋亡增加,药物对大鼠睾丸生精细胞有产生凋亡的作用,能够上调Bcl-2及下调Bax蛋白的表达,改变了Bcl-2/Bax的比值;有关微波照射后4-NQO染毒组中,50,25μmol/L剂量的DNA损伤指标与相应4-NQO组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:从研究结果看出,非电离辐射与人类的生活密不可分,但非电离辐射对人类健康带来的负面影响是不容忽视的。 Objective:To introduce research overview of non ionizing radiation in recent 8 years in China Methods:A total of 40 papers on non-ionizing radiation researches published in Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection since 2003 were collected and summarized.Results:We found that the effects of non-ionizing radiation on nervous system,on apoptosis and DNA existed in different degrees.Such as the discovery of electromagnetic radiation of 6h and 7d in rat hippocampal coxⅠ,Ⅱ and mRNA expression were lower compared with sham radiation group,high power microwave radiation can induce rat spermatogenic cell apoptosis,drugs on rat testicular germ cell apoptosis has produced,can up Bcl-2 and low expression of Bax protein,change Bcl-2/Bax ratio;The microwave irradiation after 4-NQO exposure group,50,25μmol/L dose of DNA damage index and the corresponding 4-NQO group had significant difference (P 0.05 or P 0.01).Conclusion:The effects of non-ionizing radiation on human health can not be ignored.
