高校实验室是培养具有创新意识,专业技能的高素质人才的实践基地,在教学、科研和人才培养中发挥着越来越重要的作用。针对地方性高校实验经费中突出存在的问题,提出了几点关于实验室建设和管理方面的建议,从而实现资源优化配置,提高建设经费使用效益。

The university laboratory is a base of training high-quality talents with innovative ability, which plays an increasingly important role in universities＇ teaching, research and personnel training. Concerning of the shortage of experimental expenditure in local universities, several proposals on laboratory construction and management are recommended to achieve the optimized allocation of resources and improve benefit of construction expenditure.
