P(AA-co-DMAA)/SA互穿水凝胶的制备及对盐酸小檗碱的释放 被引量:1

Synthesis and Release Properties on Berberine Hydrochloride of P(AA-co-DMAA)/SA Interpenetrating Polymer Networks Hydrogels

摘要 先采用泡沫分散聚合法,以丙烯酸(AA)和N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)为单体制备超孔P(AA-co-DMAA)凝胶,再以戊二醛为交联剂,将海藻酸钠(SA)作为第二网络互穿到P(AA-co-DMAA)网络中,制得P(AA-co-DMAA)/SA互穿网络水凝胶,研究其对盐酸小檗碱的释放行为.结果表明,载药凝胶在pH=6.8溶液中对盐酸小檗碱具有缓释效果,升高温度使凝胶对盐酸小檗碱的累计释放率增大,增大戊二醛和SA的用量使累计释放率降低. The superporous hydrogels P(AA-co-DMAA) are synthesized by dispersion polymerization in foam state with acrylic acid (AA) and N, N-dimethyl acrylamide(DMAA) as monomers, then preparing P (AA-co-DMAA)/SA interpenetrating polymer networks(IPN) hydrogels with glutaric dialdehyde as crosslinking agent,sodium alginate(SA) as a second network. Release behavior of the hydrogels on berberine hydrochloride was studied. The results show that the loaded-drug hydrogels have a sustained-release on berberine hydrochloride in pH=6.8 solution. The cumulative release rates increased by temperature increased and decreased by increasing the amount of glutaric dialdehyde and SA.
