Hospital competition has been formed,the traditional hospital management theory and practice should develop.On the analysis of the hospital competitive intelligence concept,role and competitive environment,the author analysed the hospital competitive intelligence system structure of intelligence planning and orientation,collection and storage,consolidation analysis,transfer service and assessment feedback.Finally,the writer put forward to some suggestions in construction of hospital competitive intelligence system.
