摘要
由于国内多数高校信管专业的实践教学体系注重知识的传授,而忽略了人才培养用户(即用人单位)的根本需求。本文指出用人单位最根本的需求是对人才的专业能力需求的观点,即能够主动发现问题并解决问题的能力,采用循序渐进的思想,提出了信管专业的实践教学体系应当按照(观察问题定义+方案设计→给定问题、设计方案→自定义问题并求解)这个结构来构建,并通过4年中多种形式的训练来达到目标。
The practice teaching system of many information management and information system specialties focused on imparting knowledge,but ignored the users' needs(the employers' needs).The most fundamental needs lied in the needs for professional competence,or the ability to identify and solve problems.Through the step by step approach,the practice teaching system can be constructed according to the structure of(observe the problem-solving process→solve the specific problems→identify and solve problems),and then achieved this goal through various forms of training during 4 years.
