Five Types of Rural Newly-built Housing in Southeast Zhejiang (go on)

以浙东南地区农村新建住宅为研究对象,根据户型平面及其相互组合方式,将其分为单间联排式、公寓套房式、底排套房式、双拼半独立式和单户独栋式等5种类型,并分别分析了5种类型的特点、适应性和局限性。划分了浙东南地区农村新建住宅的4个不同发展阶段,并揭示了类型与结构形式的关联性。农村住宅类型的发展是农村生活方式、城市化进程和建造技术等要素综合作用的结果。

With rural newly-built housing in southeast Zhejiang as research object, according to the plane of housing type and inter-combination mode, this article divides the housing into five types including single-room attached houses, apart- ment suites, lower-row suites, semi-detached houses, and single-family detached houses, and analyzes the characteristics, adaptability and limitations of five types. In addition, this article divides rural newly-built housing in southeast Zhejiang into four different development stages, and reveals the correlation between type and structural form. Finally this article reaches a conclusion that the development of rural housing types is the result of combined action of rural life style, process of urbanization, construction technologies and other factors.
