建筑废弃物管理的生态发展之路

Way of Ecological Development of Construction Waste Management

我国虽然是一个土地资源丰富的国家,但是难以利用的土地资源面积大。近些年来经济发展带来的基础设施以及大批新项目的建设工程,包括拆迁和改造项目,产生了大量的建筑废弃物,侵占了大量的土地资源且污染了环境。为了实现生态城市的美好远景,建筑废弃物的管理与再循环利用工作成为其中不可避免的环节,在城市的发展进程中起着重要的作用,这环节处理得当,将有利于保持生态的可持续建设工作,是势在必行的重大决策。结合我国目前的现状和发展形势,提出了符合我国国情的、可持续发展的废弃物管理模式,将成为解决我国建筑废弃物问题的重要途径。

Although China is a country with rich land resources, the land area that difficult to utilize is large. In recent years, economic development brought about con- struction projects of infrastructure and a large number of new projects, including re- moval and renovation projects, produced a large amount of construction waste, en- croached on a large amount of land resources and polluted the environment. In order to realize the bright prospect of eco-city, management and recycling utilization work of construction waste becomes the inevitable link and plays an important role in urban development process; proper treatment of the link will be beneficial to keeping the sustainable construction work of ecology, is inevitable major decision-making. Com- bining with current status and development trend in China, putting forward the waste management mode that conforms to China＇s national conditions and maintains sustain- able development, will become an important way to solve the construction waste problem in China.
