摘要
化工园区内储罐布局的安全性决定了对爆炸碎片分布情况分析的重要性,这一需求很难通过实际的爆炸碎片来分析和完成。因此在虚拟试验的应用背景下,结合粒子系统原理,对化工园区储罐爆炸后碎片散布情况进行了可视化研究。通过分析轨迹方程,获得了碎片飞行轨迹的相关结论,以此为基础实现了园区虚拟试验系统,并结合案例进行了分析验证。通过分析爆炸碎片散布情况,为园区储罐的布局提供科学依据。通过研究,为其他虚拟试验系统爆炸碎片分析提供了一个可行的思路。
The safety of layout of storage tanks in the chemical industry park determines that it is important to analyze the tracks of explosion fragments. This requirement is hard to meet according to real explosion test. Visualization researches of the flying tracks of storage tanks in the park is been done under the virtual test and the particle system. Relative conclusions of flying tracks of fragments is accquired according analyzing the formula of tracks. Implementation of the virtual test system is done, and verification of the conclusion is made by the system. Scientific evidence will be provided to plan the layout of the storage tank according to the analysis of the disseminative shape of the explosive fragments. This research will provide a new idea to analyze the explosion fragments of other system.
