Nowadays,socialist market economy and the city develop quickly.In the process of industrialization and urbanization,there exists in a series of urban problems,the highlight in the public areas of the city makes social resource allocation is a lack of fairness and justice.To improve the urban public resources configuration,we need to reform the definition of household registration,construct public welfare-oriented government mechanism and fight against corruption.All these effort means to build an equal environment,to solve the conflicts in the city.Only in this way,we can promote the public interest and lead a better life.
