摘要
提出港口起重机金属结构安全性评价过程和指标体系的构建原则以及正常指标和故障指标两类评价指标;针对不同指标的特点,采用不同的无量纲化处理方法,使结果符合评价要求;采用多层次评价构权方法和混合合成法,使构权和评价值更符合实际情况。
The safety evaluation process for the port eraneg metal structure, the construction rule for the index system, and two kinds of evaluated indexes that are normal index and fault index are put forward. According to the characteristics of the different indexes, the different treatment by non - dimensionalization is used in order to make the results in accordance with the evaluation requirement. The Multi -hierarchy evaluation weight method and mixed synthesis method are adopted to make the weights and the evaluation results in accordance with the real case.
