PA11/白炭黑纳米复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 以11-氨基十一酸和湿态白炭黑为原料,通过原位聚合的方法制备了尼龙11/白炭黑纳米复合材料,并用红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜等研究了纳米复合材料的形态结构、力学性能和阻隔性能。结果显示,当白炭黑含量增加时,拉伸强度和弯曲强度先显增大趋势;当白炭黑质量分数达到8%时,拉伸、弯曲强度达到最大值;之后,拉伸、弯曲强度开始减小。断裂伸长率则一直减小,无明显变化。尼龙11及其纳米复合材料的常温冲击强度也随着白炭黑含量的增加逐渐降低。此外,白炭黑的加入极大地提高了复合材料的阻隔性能。 Nylon 11/silica nanocomposites were prepared using 11-amino undecanoic acid and wet silica as raw materials by in-situ polymerizing method.Their morphology structure,mechanical properties and barrier properties were investigated by fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.Results showed that with the increase of silica content,tensile strength and bending strength of the nanocomposites increased significantly to their maximum until the silica content reached 8%,and then decreased;elongation rate has reduced all the time with no significant change;the impact strength of nylon 11 and its nanocomposites at room temperature increased with the decrease of silica content.Furthermore,the addition of silica obviously improved the barrier properties of composites.
