防潮母料吸水性能及在薄膜中的应用分析

制备以氧化钙为主要粉体的具有吸湿消泡功能的防潮母料,分析不同工艺配方制备的防潮母料的吸水性能,对防潮母料在塑料薄膜中的应用情况进行讨论。结果表明,防潮母料具有良好的吸湿消泡性和物理稳定性,能够有效地消除由于水分引起的气泡、水纹等问题,对薄膜的物理机械性能无不良影响。

Using CaO as the main powder,moistureproof masterbatch which has the hygroscopic and defoaming function was prepared.The hygroscopic ability of moistureproof masterbatch prepared by different technological formula was analyzed.At the same time,the application of moistureproof masterbatch in plastic film was discussed.The results showed that moistureproof masterbatch has good hygroscopic and defoaming ability and physical stability,and it could effectively eliminate the bubbles and water lines caused by water.Moreover,there were not adverse effects on mechanical properties of thin film.
