摘要
目的研究藏药八味沉香散95%醇提液对垂体后叶素(PIT)诱发大鼠急性心肌缺血后血流动力学的影响。方法采用大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素复制大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察八味沉香散95%醇提液对大鼠注射垂体后叶素后不同时间血流动力学的变化。结果八味沉香散95%醇提大、小剂量组使心肌缺血降低的LVSP和±dp/dtmax升高,升高的LVEDP降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),但对血压的影响没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论藏药八味沉香散95%醇提液对垂体后叶素致急性心肌缺血大鼠的舒缩功能有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the hemodynamic effect of 95% alcohol -extract from Tibetan herb Bawei Chenxiang powder in rats with myocardial injury induced by pituitrin. Methods Myocardial ischemia model on rats was established by pituitrin injected intravenously. After injecting pituitrin, hemodynamic such as the LVSP, ±dp/dtmax and LVEDP were measured. Results Compared with the Pit model group, the baweichanxiang pretreated group shown an increased level of LVSP and + dp/dtmax, but the level of LVEDP was decreased (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). there were no significant difference in blood pressure between two groups( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion These results suggested that the 95 % alcohol - extract from Tibetan herb Bawei Chenxiang is able to protect cardiac systolic and diastolic function during acute myocardial ischemia caused by pituitrin.
