沙棘口服液对幼鼠生长发育的影响

EFFECT OF ORAL LIQUID OF SEABUCKTHORN ON GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT IN YONG MICE

目的研究沙棘口服液对幼鼠生长发育的影响。方法将昆明种小鼠分为空白对照组、药物低剂量组、药物中剂量组和高剂量组,连续3周灌胃给药后测相关指标。结果与对照组比较,沙棘口服液各剂量组尤其是中、高剂量组雌雄幼鼠在体重、身长、进食量有显著性差异(P<0.05),各脏器指数无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论沙棘口服液对幼鼠生长发育具有正性影响。*

Objective To study the effect of oral liquid of seabuckthorn on growth and development of young mice.Methods Choosing born 21d,weight 12g ~ 15g Kunming mice which were divided into control group,drug low,middle and high dose group.They were feed with corresponding drug for 3 weeks and detected the relevant items.Results Compared with control group,the middle and high dose group（both male and female mice） have significantly difference in the weight,height,food intake（P0.05）,but organ index have no significantly difference（P0.05）.Conclusion It indicated that oral liquid of seabuckthorn has positive impact on growth and development of young mice.
