摘要
高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育工作的中坚力量。高校建立辅导员队伍建设保障机制有利于稳定辅导员队伍,提高辅导员队伍的整体素质,调动工作积极性,从而提高高校学生工作的实效性。构建辅导员队伍建设的"严格准入机制"、"科学合理的考评与激励机制"、"职务晋升和流动机制"、"促进个人生涯发展机制"、"政策保障机制"、"督查通报机制"六个保障机制,才能确保辅导员队伍的职业化、专业化和专家化。
College counselors are the backbones of students' ideological and political education. The construction of counselor team guarantee mechanism is useful for stabilizing counselor team, improving their whole diathesis and arousing their work enthnsia.sm, in order to improve the effectiveness of college student affairs. Colleges should construct six mechanisms, including "strict admittance", "scientific and reasonable evaluation and incentive mechanism", " promotion and flow mechanism", "personal career development mechanism", "policy - ensured mechanism", "inspection and notification mechanism". They are expected to ensure counselors to be professional and expert occupation.
