摘要
高校大学生创业主要有自主经营创业、创业计划竞赛项目创业、利用专业知识创业、大学生村官创业和科技园区孵化创业等几种模式。影响其创业模式选择存在创业动机、创业环境、创业胜任力、创业资源和创业风险等因素,大学生创业者在选择创业模式时应综合考虑诸多影响因素。
The college students may start an enterprise in diverse ways,such as independent management,business blueprint contest program,professional knowledge,university student village official,high tech industrial park and etc.These various options could mainly be attributed to students＇ respective motivations,business environment,capabilities,resources and business risks.Therefore,college student entrepreneurs are required to make an overall consideration on related factors involved in business model selection.
