摘要
OPC建立在OLE规范之上,为工业控制领域提供标准的数据访问机制。泄漏率检测软件系统采用Visual Basic开发,通过"组态王"软件提供的OPC服务器数据项,与PLC进行控制信号通信,实现对发动机泄漏率等工艺参数的检测、归档和分析。系统采用欧姆龙PLC实现自动控制,并采用"组态王"软件开发设备操作和运行状态信息画面。
OPC technology is based on OLE specification and it is a new method of data access. The engine leak rate testing software system developed by Visual Basic realizes communication with PLC through KingView OPC server, the software functions include leak rate data storage and analyses. Omron PLC was used to realize control function, KingView software was used to develop operating and running status pictures.
