Experiment on Culture of Induced strain of Porphyra haitanensis in Open Tidal-flat Area

引进"杂交重组1号"与HMY 2个坛紫菜品系,以本地龙沙种系为对照组,通过苗种培育、壳孢子采苗、海上栽培及采收试验,综合评估藻体生长、采收量、经济性状及柔韧性等因素,认为:HMY坛紫菜品系综合效果较好,可作为西湾滩涂坛紫菜栽培的主推品系之一。

2 strains of Crossed No.1 and HMY of Porphyra haitanensis were introduced from other parts of China and the local Longsha strain of Porphyra haitanensis was taken as control group. A series of experiments such as seed culture, conchospore collection, cultivation at sea and harvest were carried out. The comprehensive evaluation for factors such as laver growth, harvest amount, economy and flexibility was considered that HMY strain ofPorphyra haitanensis is better than others and can be main strain to be cultured in open tidal-flat area of the west bay.
