摘要
由于需求与供应特征的不同,高铁车站的选址理念会不同,依托高速铁路车站建设的高铁枢纽在规划设计理念上也各有鲜明的特色。广深港客运专线深圳境内车站—深圳北站和福田站的综合交通枢纽就形成了两种截然不同的城市综合交通枢纽模式,前者选址于城市副中心,采用的是一般综合交通枢纽的选址、建设方式,属于典型的功能定位高、基础条件好、配套设施全、服务水平高的"大而全"的城市综合交通枢纽;后者选址于城市最核心区,建设条件受城市制约较大,采用了全地下建设的模式,依托完善的城市轨道交通网络和慢行系统,有效解决了车站进入城市核心区带来的负面影响。
High speed rail station location choice differs by demand and supply characters and they also have different design concepts. Shenzhen north station and Futian station are different transportation hub models. Located in the secondary city center, the former station uses common transportation hub model. It is a comprehensive transportation hub with high level orientation, complete infrastructure and service facilities. The latter is in the city core area and its development has many limitations. It is an underground station with connection to rail transport and low speed transport system. In this way it alleviates negative effects of central city stations. These two station planning can be a reference for other city transportation hub development.
