摘要
当前,在能源紧缺与环境污染的严峻形势下,可再生能源在建筑节能领域的应用日益受到重视。重庆市中心城区地表水源热泵系统规划从城市规划与建设的角度出发,研究探索可再生能源规模化应用在实用区域、实用建筑、能源站规划选址、规划落地实施等方面的规划控制方法,以期实现可再生能源"从单体建筑应用向城市区域整体应用推进,从单方面建筑节能向完善城市基础设施推进"的目标。
Presently, energy and resource shortage situation has made renewable energy application significant. Chongqing central city surface water hot pump system planning studies large scale renewable energy application control methods in applicable region and building, energy station planning, and plan implementation. It intends to apply renewable energy from single building to city districts, from architectural energy saving to urban infrastructural inteoration.
