摘要 以普通型有毛黄瓜及其无毛突变体,以及二者杂交后代F1为试材,研究了3种黄瓜材料在瓜蚜危害胁迫下,木质素含量、PAL和POD活性的变化规律。结果表明,受蚜害诱导后,无毛黄瓜和F1材料PAL和POD活性及木质素含量均有不同程度的上升。未受瓜蚜危害时,3种类型黄瓜酶活性无明显差异,瓜蚜危害后无毛黄瓜酶活性和木质素含量显著高于有毛黄瓜和F1材料,说明POD、PAL活性和木质素含量对黄瓜的抗蚜性有一定的影响。 In this paper, normal cucumber, glabrous cucumber and their Fl hybrid were used to study the changes of lignin content, PAL and POD activities after infested by aphid. The results indicated that the PAL and POD activities and lignin content in glabrous cucumber and F1 increased to varying degrees under the harm of aphid, while there were no significant differences between the three types of cucumbers in enzyme activity with no aphid harm. The enzyme activities and lignin content of glabrous cucumber were significantly higher than those of normal cucumber and F1, which showed that POD and PAL activities and lignin content had some influence on aphid resistance of cucumber.
