摘要
在大田条件下研究蒜棉、麦棉套作对棉田土壤微生物生物量碳及活性的影响。结果显示,棉花生育期和套作方式均显著影响土壤微生物生物量碳及活性,从苗期到花铃期,土壤微生物生物量碳、土壤呼吸速率和土壤微生物活性均呈上升趋势,到花铃期达到最大值,花铃期到吐絮期呈下降趋势。相对于棉花单作,蒜棉、麦棉套作提高了棉田各生育期土壤微生物生物量碳含量、土壤呼吸速率和土壤微生物活性,有利于土壤养分的转化吸收,其中蒜棉套作效果更显著。
The effects of cotton intercropping with garlic and wheat on the microbial biomass carbon and activity in soil were studied in field. The results showed that the growth period and intercropping patterns of cotton had significant influence on the microbial biomass carbon and activity. From seedling to flowering and boll - setting stage, the microbial biomass carbon, respiration rate and microbial activity of soil showed an upward trend, which reached the maximum at the flowering and boll - setting stage and then declined. Compared to cotton monocuhure, garlic - cotton intercropping and wheat - cotton intercropping increased the microbial biomass carbon content, soil respiration rate and microbial activity and promoted the soil nutrient transforma- tion and nutrient availability, in which, the effect of garlic - cotton intercropping was more significant.
