摘要
利用有限元分析的方法,对压榨部机架及加压臂的机械性能进行分析。通过对机架和加压臂的静力分析,得出在静力载荷作用下机架及加压臂的变形及应力分布,校核了机架和加压臂的静力刚强度。通过对机架的模态分析,得到机架的模态频率和模态振型,提出了模型机架的最适宜运行车速为880 m/min,并通过对模态频率分布的分析,提出在一阶模态频率后还有600 m/min的提速空间。
Based on finite element method,mechanical property of the frame and the loading arm of press section was analyzed in this paper.The deformation and stress distribution of the frame and loading arm were obtained through the Static analysis,and the static loading stiffness was checked.Through modal analysis,the modal frequency and modal shape of the frame were obtained.The optimum operating speed(880 m/min)of the model fram was found.With the analysis of the modal frequency another speed-increasing space of 600 m/min was presented if the frame could run smoothly over the 1st sub step modal frequency.This research can not only provide a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of high speed paper machine,but also offer numeric reference for optimizing the operation and speed increasing rebuilding of exist paper machine.
