摘要
用简单有效的静电纺丝法合成了La0.7Sr0.3Co0.3Fe0.7O3纳米纤维材料,并采用X-射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对其晶体结构和形貌进行表征。结果显示,合成纤维的直径在150~300nm之间,长度达到几十个微米。以钇稳氧化锆为固体电解质,合成的La0.7Sr0.3Co0.3Fe0.7O3纳米纤维材料为感测电极,制备电位型NO传感器,测量其在不同NO浓度下产生的电动势。结果表明,该传感器产生的电动势与NO浓度呈明显的线性正比关系,而传感器的响应快速。
La0.7Sr0.3Co0.3Fe0.7O3 nanofiber is synthesized by a simple and effective electrospinning method,and its crystal structure and morphology are characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results reveal that the diameter of synthesized nanofiber is between 150 to 300 nm and its length can reach several tens of micrometers.Potentiometric-type NO sensor is made with yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ) as solid electrolyte and La0.7Sr0.3Fe0.3Co0.7O3 nanofiber as sensing electrode,and its electromotive force(EMF) generated at different NO concentrations is measured.The results show that the EMF the sensor generated exhibits a linear direct proportion relation with NO concentration and the sensor has fast response.
